Roasted by Joe Perry of White Owl Coffee Merchants located in the beautiful region of Rutherglen, Victoria Australia.  Amidst the Vineyards and green pastures of Rutherglen, Joe roasts these beautiful coffees such as this one today 'Colombia Tabi'.      

Straight from the highlands of Huila, Colombia, this exceptional coffee is cultivated by the renowned Vergara Brothers at Las Flores Farm. 

Grown at high altitude and processed with meticulous care, this vibrant lot bursts with refreshing fruit character and crisp acidity.

Expect a juicy cup that opens with the sweetness of ripe watermelon, followed by the brightness of raspberry lemonade and clean, citrusy finish of fresh lime.

An extremely complex profile that’s balanced & deliciously invigorating that is a WOW!
