Colombia - Micro Lot - Carlos Imbachi
The cool, windward slopes of Huila produce ripe coffee cherry harvests yearlong, but this micro-lot, grown by Carlos Imbachi, is exceptional.
Carlos Imbachi strikes a perfect balance between sweetness, brightness, body, and clarity, and tastes universally excellent across all brewers. At the height of these hot summer months though, we recommend an iced Aeropress, which will release a full and intense cup of flavors while still being refreshing and delightful.

Roasted weekly here in Hong Kong, we reckon our coffee is tasting best within one month of the roast date, although two months is still good. Refer to the "Roasted On Date" on the bottom of the bag. Therefore we'd suggest you purchase smaller amounts, more regularly. Oh, and don't put your coffee in the freezer...an air-tight container in the cupboard is what you need.
Soft Brew Roast:
V60, Chemex, French Press, AeroPress, filter, Syphon Coffee, Clever Dripper
