Origin: Colombia
Region: Pitalito, Huila
Variety: Caturra, Castillo
Process: Washed
Altitude: 1,700 - 1,800 masl
Our cupping score: 85.5

Taste notes: A really lovely Colombian coffee, juicy red apple acidity, sugarcane sweetness.

Freshness, different roasts, for different brew methods

Roasted weekly here in Hong Kong, we reckon our coffee is tasting best within one month of the roast date, although two months is still good. Refer to the "Roasted On Date" on the bottom of the bag. Therefore we'd suggest you purchase smaller amounts, more regularly. Oh, and don't put your coffee in the freezer. An air tight container in the cupboard is what you need.

Roasted for espresso coffee: as espresso will be a full bodied clean cup with lovely sweetness and nice acidity, also delicious with milk.

Brewed as a soft brew, filter, french press will be a rich strong coffee, some roast bitterness, dark chocolate, no acidity.
