Roasted for espresso coffee: as espresso will be a full bodied clean cup with lovely caramel, maltose and toffee sweetness, bright berry acidity, black tea aftertaste, medium to full body.
Brewed as a soft brew, filter, french press will be a rich strong coffee, some roast bitterness, dark chocolate, no acidity.
